Melissa was great to work with while searching for my home. Melissa was very responsive to my questions and was always sending me listings for potential homes. Once I found my perfect home, Melissa was able to work with the sellers to chose me in a bidding process even with a higher bid being offered. Once the sale was completed, Melissa continued to exceeded my expectations in many ways. Melissa was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.

We had a very smooth selling experience with Melissa. She kept us well informed and communicated very well. She was very accommodating through the process when we were in situations that did not make communication easy. She was able to get our house sold in three days for more than asking. We appreciate the excellent job she did during the sale of our house.

Extremely satisfied with Melissa I have used multiple agents and always felt like I was having to do all the work to find a place an educate myself. Not the case with Melissa!!! She went above and beyond to find us the best deals and always was quick to get offers in. She seriously goes above and beyond!! Finally someone I'm happy to see get my commission!

She always responded to my questions within an hour if for some reason she was initially unavailable. She always made sure I did not feel pressured to go with a house I would be unsatisfied with. Was able to summarize all the documents in an easy to understand manner. If I need to buy/sell later in life I will be trying to go through her again. Thanks Melissa!

Melissa was amazing. She was prompt in her responses and she kept us very up to date and in the know throughout the whole transaction. She made a very spur of the moment, last minute transaction somehow come through. We will definitely use her when we sell our house!
