Melissa and her team were so helpful to us in selling our home. They provided extensive staging help to ensure our home had optimum market appeal which brought in a very good selling price. They are very communicative and their systems helped us get through closing super quickly. I would definitely list with them again.

Melissa was fantastic in the sale of a home we inherited. We had so many opinions on what the house was worth and what needed to be done to sell the property. She placed the price based on comparable properties and said, “Well, if it’s too high you’ll know because you won’t get any offers. If it’s too low, you’ll start a bidding war.” The house was on the market for THREE days (after weeks of nightmares and worry we wouldn’t get any offers) before we were choosing from multiple offers. Inspections, repairs, and closing went smoothly and now my husband and I can finally relax not caring for two homes. Add to the mix her quick responses, amazing sense of humor, down to earth personality, and ability to help me out in any way she could… it couldn’t have gone any better. I’ve also learned that there are some CRAZY, mean, and deceitful real estate agents. I’m so thankful that mine knew how to call their bluff and roll her eyes at them. If you want someone honest and practical- this is your person. If you want glitz and glam and scams- look elsewhere.

I inquired on a house on Zillow and by good fortune found Lance. He showed us a few houses which didnt work but we then hit the jackpot. Lance is professional, knowledgeable and a people person. We will use Lance for all our real estate needs. Give Lance a call.
