Melissa is it is the best! She knows the area and the people, she is completely trustworthy, and she’s on the ball. She understood exactly what we were looking for and had patience with us when we took a long time to decide. We just moved into our dream home, and couldn’t be happier! She also helped us find a renter, and we are having her property manage that home.

Melissa was the listing agent for a house we saw on Zillow. We phoned her and she swiftly made arrangements for us to view the house. As we were from out of town, with a limited timeframe, we greatly appreciated her prompt response. We liked the house and again Melissa swiftly made arrangements for us to walk through the property a second time. Melissa also encouraged us to walk the city and talk to local folks before we made out final decision. In the buying process, Melissa has been extremely helpful to us in the process of setting up a home in an unfamiliar area. She has provided access to local resources to assist us in making South Carolina our home. In all respects, Melissa has gone above and beyond!
