5 stars does not do her justice. I am a first time investor, and she is the perfect agent for anyone in that situation and probably other situations as well. Her personal experience with STRs allowed her to provide expert advise and guide me into finding a great property and getting a excellent deal. Anything that came up during the process was handled promptly and professionally.

Probably the hardest working realtor in Florida. Extremely professional, polite, and easy to work with. Made the buying a home experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended to be your realtor

Incredible and hard working realtor. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to get my house sold. Knowledgeable, communicates well, answers any questions I had and got the house sold regardless of what came up.

If I could give Melissa 100 stars, I would. She is hands down the BEST realtor that I have ever worked with... and I have worked with MANY. We found Melissa on Bigger Pockets and after a thorough review of her experience and client reviews we felt confident that she was the right choice for us. We were buying our first investment property, and while we had spent months researching investments, I knew we needed a top notch and seasoned realtor to guide us through this process. Melissa exceeded every expectation. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate investing as she is an investor herself. She has been doing this for years and was able to help guide me to the perfect property. Not only does Melissa have all the knowledge and expertise to help guide new or seasoned investors, but she is also very prompt in responding to any text or email. I honestly don't know how she does it. Every time I would send her a new property that I was potentially interested in, she would respond (usually within minutes, sometimes an hour) with all of the information that I could need to help inform my decision process. On the rare occasion that she couldn't get me all the information within the hour, she would respond just to let me know she was working on it. She has a fantastic attitude and is always right there to help with any questions or issues that arise. She was there every step of the way through the buying process and even preformed our walk throughs and other tasks that were difficult for us to do as out of state investors. After the purchase was complete, she provided a fantastic list of contacts for everything we needed to get our STR up and running. She is a gem of a human and I am SO SO glad that we made the choice to go with her! She will be the only realtor I ever work with if we purchase more properties in the panhandle. Do yourself a favor and go with Melissa!
