Melissa was absolutely amazing to work with! She is on top of her business more than any agent I've ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Melissa helped me every step of the way including offering recommendations for any and all other service providers I might need. She was always willing to help even after the close of the house which was incredibly kind. Being an out of state investor, she made the process as easy and seamless as possible without ever even visiting the property. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone and especially out of state investors who aren't able to physically visit the area!

If you are looking for an agent in the panhandle area, I highly recommend Melissa, she was very informative with local knowledge, and as an active STR investor herself, very supportive with local connections to help us get it setup as first timers. She was always super responsive, insightful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to help us find and buy the right place! Would definitely engage her again!

5 stars does not do her justice. I am a first time investor, and she is the perfect agent for anyone in that situation and probably other situations as well. Her personal experience with STRs allowed her to provide expert advise and guide me into finding a great property and getting a excellent deal. Anything that came up during the process was handled promptly and professionally.
