If you are looking for an agent in the panhandle area, I highly recommend Melissa, she was very informative with local knowledge, and as an active STR investor herself, very supportive with local connections to help us get it setup as first timers. She was always super responsive, insightful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to help us find and buy the right place! Would definitely engage her again!

5 stars does not do her justice. I am a first time investor, and she is the perfect agent for anyone in that situation and probably other situations as well. Her personal experience with STRs allowed her to provide expert advise and guide me into finding a great property and getting a excellent deal. Anything that came up during the process was handled promptly and professionally.

Incredible and hard working realtor. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to get my house sold. Knowledgeable, communicates well, answers any questions I had and got the house sold regardless of what came up.
