I interviewed three real estate agents and picked Melissa. She already had a plan to sell my father's estate. When we hit obsticles, like getting an updated title V, she had a recommendation and got it done within a week. We ran into a county problem, again, Melissa got it taken care of. She thinks outside the box. Melissa got my house sold within the timeframe she had estimated. She's a multitasker, thinks fast and get results. If she couldn't take my call or text, she would get back to me within minutes. Melissa did all the during COVID 19 and while I was living out-of-state! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Hire her, you won't be sorry, promise.

Melissa helped me with an estate sale. She made an otherwise daunting process very easy and the whole transaction was so smooth. From day 1, she provided an exceptional level of attention to detail and provided every bit of information I would need to make important decisions easily. She is extremely knowledgable of the area. She also had great and proven marketing ideas for a successful and quick sale. When there were last minute issues with closing, she stepped up and made sure everything finished on terms and with a plan I was comfortable with. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

Melissa made the home search and buying process so easy! She stayed within our budget when researching homes, and would research the history of homes that we would send her and give her honest feedback. When she came with us to see these houses in person, she had questions ready to go for the sellers realtor. She brought things to our attention within the houses that we would not have noticed or known about on our own. Melissa was very easy to get in contact with, replied quickly, and was always available to schedule meet ups with. We would HIGHLY recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy or sell your home! She made the process seamless!
