Melanee and her team were the best! My father had passed away and I needed to sell his home in Coos Bay. I did not know where to start in the home selling process. I searched local agents through google and came across Melanee, she had great reviews so I decided to give her a call. When we met she was so professional and understanding. She was super informative of the entire process. I live out of state and she handled everything so smoothly, she kept in contact with me and I was able to call her with any questions and she was always available to speak with me. Melanee was a true lifesaver in our home sale process. She gave us good direction for how much to list the house for, what kinds of things we needed to do to get it ready for the market. When we began contract negotiations etc., Melanee kept things moving and was always there to guide us when we had questions etc. The buyers agent was very non-responsive most of the time and Melanee had to push to keep the process moving. She was honest, professional and always there when we needed guidance. I wish there was a way for us to give her all the agents fee instead of splitting it with the other agent who did nothing.
