I honestly cannot say enough about how great it was working with Maureen. This was our first time selling a home, and right from the jump she was very kind and patient and answered all of our questions, and really took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process. She sat down and clearly laid out the current market trends in our area on day one, and made sure we knew what to do to maximize the value of our home. From the listing to the Open House to finally an accepted offer (above asking!), it was truly a seamless process. She responded immediately any time we texted or call her with any questions, big or small. She was also great with our young children who were very excited whenever she came over, and even wound up making her cards. Not only did Maureen help us sell our home, but she also kindly answered all of our questions about our next out of state move. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Maureen! She will alleviate all of your concerns and worries and work with you every step of the way through the home buying or selling process!
