Maureen is an excellent realtor and person. From the moment my wife and I met her we knew she would be our realtor.her expertise and knowledge was noticed by us as soon as we stated our conversation. Not once did I call her and she did not answer or call me back within minutes. I trusted her throughout the process and I don't regret not one decision I made with her advice. Maureen's expertise and understanding of our local market led to us accepting an offer for asking price within a day of the start of showings. We were simultaneously looking for a new home 2+ hours away, and her attention to detail kept the sale process moving efficiently and allowed us to complete the sale and purchase the same week. From our first meeting she made sure we understood what needed to be done to sell our house and kept us informed every step of the way. We could not recommend her more highly!

Front my first phone call with Maureen I knew immediately that she was "top shelf"! Throughout this entire emotional and stressful process of selling my childhood home of 49 years in addition to finding the perfect "next stage home" for my mother; Maureen's dedication, care, communication, expertise, patience and responsiveness made every aspect of this journey easier for me and my entire family. Maureen went over and above in every single way without ever feeling intrusive or pushy. Maureen gently guided us at times and more importantly she listened to our needs. I could go on and on. I wanted to take a moment and thank our realtor Maureen Connolly from Coldwell Banker who helped us navigate through a very difficult and emotional time in selling our parents home of 45 years after their passing. She held our hand ( quite literally ) and was always a phone call away. She guided us through all the obstacles. This allowed us to take the time to truly say goodbye to our childhood home. The house sold in days. Crazy amounts of showings and offers immediately. It didn’t take long… faster than I thought. I highly recommend Maureen. She knows the ins and outs of it all.
