Matt Roberts and his team did everything I thought a professional Realtor team should do for a home listing. They advertised, held frequent open-houses, gave us feedback on each home showing, discussed overall marketing strategy, including some necessary changes, and kept us informed at least weekly. They're a very good choice for anyone wanting to buy or sell in, or around The Villages, FL.

Matt is extremely professional and with me being 850 miles away from the house I was selling. He managed to make everything for me while I was gone. He handled the Inspections, Lining up contractors for Repairs, and Showings. I had two other realtors tell me the house should be listed at $325k in the Villages, Fl. Matt had it sold in two days for $345k. + money for furniture

I contacted Matt in April of 2019 when I was visiting The Villages to help me find a second home. Matt was so helpful with sending updates of all houses available for sale for almost a year until my husband and I came back to The Villages in February of 2020. Matt was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was always asking if he could help with anything during all processes of buying our new home. He is the best businessman I have ever been in contact with. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Matt was very available when I called for info and was able to get me into see houses of my choice when buying. He also listed a house for me which sold in a week's time. Very pleasant and willing to please. Would definitely work with him again.
