Matt is outstanding. He has been doing real-estate for 30 years and his experience shows. He knows how to get your house sold and what to ask for when negotiating buy a house. Would be working him again when its time to buy and sell again.

Matt did an amazing job finding a tenant for my rental. Within a month, he was able to find a tenant that met our criteria. He was also able to get us top dollar for our property. Matt is a very nice guy and easy to work with, but he is also both very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone needing help renting their property.
