Matt has now helped us sell 2 homes and buy 2 homes and we wouldn't use another agent! His knowledge of the Gwinnett real estate market (and the surrounding areas) is extensive, he has an expansive network of contacts from inspectors and contractors to termite companies and his insight is invaluable in getting what you want/need out of a sale or purchase. Matt is an excellent realtor that I would highly recommend. Matt is patient and tries very hard to zero in on the client’s needs. Matt flips houses himself and this is his biggest strength, he knows how much renovations and repairs cost and is able to give a true picture of what a house needs.

If you’re looking to buy/sell a house Matt is the man! A professional, and a friend Matt works tirelessly to help you buy and/or sell your home and begin a new chapter. He has your best interest always! One of the smartest people I have had the pleasure to do business with. Matt pretty much knows it all, but in the absolute best way possible. When my husband I were confused or were unclear Matt time and time again explained in detail everything to make sure we were able to make smart decisions. Matt is reliable, kind, and genuinely someone who you need to have as your realtor!

At a time when the market is crazy, it's nice to know that you have someone who's experienced and can get you to the closing table. This was my second time working with Matt to purchase a home (also sold one with Matt) and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I've made. Despite the challenges with the market, we were able to find a great home and close on the home in a little over a month's time. Just in time for Christmas. Thanks Matt!!

I could not be more pleased with the Rhule Team Realty. Matt was contacted because he had worked with my daughter in law and her son in the location and purchasing of their homes. My needs were different. Matt met with me to discuss the marketing and sale of my home. Upon listing, I received multiple offers within days. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and recommendations were updated frequently. At the end of the process, my home sold for much more than I expected and closing was quick and easy because he shared everything with me prior to bringing in the attorneys.
