Miles is absolutely incredible! He guided us through every step of the home-buying process—often more than once, as I had a lot of questions (haha!). He was always patient, available, and genuinely made the entire experience enjoyable. My husband and I often found ourselves laughing along the way, he is genuinely an enjoyable guy to be around! Even after a few declined offers, we never felt discouraged. We felt like we had the right partner by our side—someone who was committed to helping us find the right home and advocated for us when it came to negotiating. One of the things we appreciated most about working with Miles was his expertise in evaluating home quality and craftsmanship. Julie and her entire team were first class all the way. Miles was an integral part in the sale of our home. His industry knowledge and experience were important in every part of the selling process. Miles was very helpful when I sold my house. He has a vast knowledge of properties in Kane County and suburban Chicago. Any time I needed a referral for a service provider/contractor, he knew the best people to call. His wife Carissa did an amazing job photographing and videotaping my home for the online listing, and his assistant Meghan was always available to assist me with any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process.
