I highly recommend Matthew, he was extremely helpful and was able to find the perfect home for me and my husband. From the very first moment we were interested in looking for our forever home Matt was available and attentive. He reached out to us and listened in depth to our unique situation. He guided us through some tough decisions and got us on the correct path to our forever home. Many people have of stories of buying a home being a nightmare, not us. Matt and his team made this process very smooth. If we had a question he had an answer. If we were unsure of something Matt was there to put us as ease. Matt spent quality time with us checking in throughout the process and worked around our busy work schedules. Mathew Bingaman is awesome to work with, if I had any questions he was there to answer them no matter what time. If you’re buying or selling he’s your man, Very professional and precise I couldn’t have had a better experience. My mom even said “he was a gift from God“. We have great respect for Matt. Matt went the the extra "miles" it took to get us the land we wanted. He did not stop when doors closed on us.
