I was trying to market and sell a two-family house. Martin was able to guide me through all the intricacies of the process with skill and confidence. He even was able to guide my immediate family members whom I included in my consultation as well. Martin always had my best interests in mind. He was clear and respectful in presenting the facts and realistic about choices that needed to be made. He was a firm and knowledgeable negotiator when dealing with potential buyers. He was able to determine which buyers were eligible and capable to carry out the business to its completion. Martin was even able to settle with an uncooperative tenant that was in the building at the time. I received a better price than expected and was very satisfied at the closing. Marin is a professional.

Martin Dabao is highly professional real estate agent. He has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the real estate market. Yet, his strongest skill is his personality. Mr. Dabao was always respectful, pleasant and courteous. He was always immediately available to me and an absolute pleasure to work with. Any questions I had were answered and any information I needed was explained to me very carefully and very patiently. Martin Dabao made our home selling experience a pleasure and stress free. From our introduction he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His expertise was so helpful to us as far as selling points and home improvement needs. In a tough housing market he negotiated the best deal for us and saw it through to the end. Mr Martin Daboa was recommended to me from a close friend when I decided sell the co-op apartment at East Elmhurst NY. He has marketed our unit very successfully. From the start of the process to the end. He helped me to prepare the apartment for sale. He recommended very good contractors and he personally involved the refurbishing process. He worked very hard to comply with the co-op procedures and working with all involved parties in spite of the Covid 19 pandemic. I am extremely happy that Martin was may real estate agent.
