I was trying to market and sell a two-family house. Martin was able to guide me through all the intricacies of the process with skill and confidence. He even was able to guide my immediate family members whom I included in my consultation as well. Martin always had my best interests in mind. He was clear and respectful in presenting the facts and realistic about choices that needed to be made. He was a firm and knowledgeable negotiator when dealing with potential buyers. He was able to determine which buyers were eligible and capable to carry out the business to its completion. Martin was even able to settle with an uncooperative tenant that was in the building at the time. I received a better price than expected and was very satisfied at the closing. Marin is a professional.
