10/10 We loved working with Denice . As first-time buyers, not only did she educated us about each step but she also made the process so easy and smooth. She was very quick to show us the homes we were interested in, as well as send us suggestions based on our wants and needs. She never rescheduled and always showed up on time. Denice is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and dedicated. Outstanding communication and attention to detail. She truly goes above and beyond and will always have your best interest at heart. All around an amazing realtor.

Denice did an amazing job helping us find our home! She was so patient when it came to houses we didn’t want and answered every question I had with a very knowledgeable answer! She was always there to show us a house and worked with my husbands unusual work schedule! We truly formed a friendship with her throughout the whole the process! I won’t use another realtor! You can truly tell she takes pride is what she does!
