I highly recommend Mark Seubert of Soleil Sotheby’s in Margate, New Jersey. As an out-of-state seller living in Pennsylvania, I was tasked with selling a family member’s home in New Jersey – something that could have been incredibly stressful without the right support. Working with Mark made all the difference. He went above and beyond at every step of the transaction. From the beginning, Mark impressed me with his professionalism, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the local market. He didn’t just list the house—he developed a thoughtful strategy tailored to the property's unique challenges and value. His advice was always spot-on, whether it was about pricing, timing, or navigating unexpected issues. The house presented some complicated hurdles, including an underground oil tank and a reverse mortgage, but Mark handled each challenge with calm confidence and resourcefulness. He connected me with reliable contractors, helped coordinate inspections, and ensured every requirement was met. I never felt alone in the process—Mark was there every step of the way, always quick to respond and ready with solutions. His communication was outstanding. I was consistently updated and never had to chase him down for answers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me peace of mind throughout. We had an exceptional experience with Mark Seubert from Soleil Sotheby's International Realty while purchasing our home in Galloway Township. Mark's remarkable patience stood out as he tirelessly showed us various homes in different areas. At times we were viewing 3 to 4 houses a day, but Mark patiently scheduled those and took time to answer all our questions. Whether it is a friday night or weekend or a special ocassion, he responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. His extensive knowledge and expertise added tremendous value to the process, and we highly appreciate his commitment. I strongly recommend Mark for anyone seeking a patient and knowledgeable real estate professional.

Mark was excellent. I highly recommend him. He is experienced, skillful, rapidly responsive, on-top-of-things, very pleasant, and easy to work with. He facilitated our home purchase smoothly and without headaches. Mark was very tuned into exactly what we said we were looking for in a beach home. Even in a tight market, he was able to help us quickly identify and secure the perfect property for our family. He was attentive to every detail, always available (especially so in critical moments--during which he was able to offer expert guidance and advice, without which we would have lost the property), and was able to connect us with local resources and services that sped the closing and ensured that the house was in ship-shape by the time we moved in. He was even able to connect us with local handymen, electricians, cleaners, etc., so that we would continue to improve and maintain the property subsequent to purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable, particularly in regard to the idiosyncrasies of the local market (Brigantine in our case). He was calm, patient, and professional even during stressful moments for the seller and buyers. He has a lovely, warm personality and is at the same time highly effective in expediting the business of "agent" and advocate. Thank you Mark Seubert! We love our new place <3

We met Mark from a web ad for a property we saw online. No recommendation, no prior relationship, nothing - and he was awesome. Super responsive, we'd give him 6 stars if we could. He was professional, knowledgeable, insightful and fun to work with. He treated us like we were his most important client and was available when ever we needed him, had a question about the process and the timeline. He was patient and made our purchase smooth and seamless. Would recommend him without reservation. I don't write web reviews, but am doing so here b/c Mark deserves our praise.
