Mark sold my wife’s house back in February. I know she was taking a chance by bringing in someone from outside the area but we both decided to stick with him. Although he sold our house relatively fast, the closing was delayed and our attorney revealed to us he had a temper and spoke badly about us as though we were to fault for the delay. The main point of my review and I need to warn all first time sellers, Mark took the closing check and basically head for the hills. He didn’t even return to the property to pick up his sign. Months later we find out we were supposed to cancel our homeowners and flood insurance policies as we were about to get charged again 10 months after the house was no longer ours. Would have been nice for our realtor to communicate that with us instead of rush a closing to get paid. No checklist, no guidance. Very disappointing experience. Yes we did go with another realtor to find our forever home as Mark had little insight to our area and basically had my wife look for houses on our own. Ocean county people beware
