If you are looking to buy a home or sell your current home- or both- stop looking for a realtor. You found her. Lacey Snader is amazing. We met her randomly one day when I requested to tour a home that was for sale through a website. Lacey was assigned to be the realtor to show us the home and I am so thankful we found her. Our home search has been a walk in the park ever since. But honestly, in my eyes- I would hang posters up (and let others know anywhere) telling them how phenomenal she is at her job. She has heart, she cares, she listens, she replies, is responsive and respectful. She’s not pushy and has your best interests at the very core of her being. She has integrity. She doesn’t judge, or jump to conclusions. She is very good at communicating. She is flexible with her timing, and makes things happen. She has patience, and will find answers immediately if she doesn’t know, but 98% of the time she knows the answers already. Lacey does her homework, has insight into so many areas, has lived locally and understands the neighborhoods and school districts. Best of all she is a genuinely wonderful human being. You don’t know me, and I don’t know you- but I have absolutely no complaints about Lacey and would recommend her to anyone.

If you're looking for a realtor who fully has YOUR best interest in mind-- Mark is your guy! He asked thorough questions to ensure I knew what I was looking for the first time we met. As the hunt became tiresome, he would check in and remind me of my wishlist to make sure I never settled for what I didn't really want.. He is extremely detail oriented, explained everything in a way I understood, and was persistent in his search to find my family our dream home. It has been a long journey, but we are forever thankful for his support to get us to this day. Mark is a true advocate for home buyers!

Aftin masterfully handled my relocation from Fleetwood to Landisville with military precision by representing me as both a seller and a buyer. Aftin had a great deal of knowledge of both areas and had an impressive resource network available at her fingertips to ensure all matters associated with the move were managed in a timely and efficient manner. There can be a lot that goes into a major life change such as a relocation, but Aftin took the stress out of the process and left me with just cherishing the experience of the move itself to a new life in the Lancaster area. Aftin is also an expert negotiator. Her skills came in very handy when dealing with the competitive market at the time.
