We love our home and couldn't have managed this move without Mark Ratti. We wanted to relocate to be near family and my brother and sister-in-law had worked with Mark, were impressed, and recommended him to us. We started the search for a home while visiting Pittsburgh and continued it long distance. Mark very quickly got a sense of what we most valued and was able to help us find and negotiate a fair pricer for the home we finally purchased. He knew the area, other realtors, what to expect, and how to manage this even though we lived in California at the time. He was always right there ready to answer any questions that came up. We recommend Mark without hesitation and were lucky to work with him.

Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Mark is everything you’d want in a realtor. For our initial meeting he provided us with local examples of nearby sales so we understood the market. When we received multiple offers, he guided us through the process and never tried to sway us with opinion - only facts. I highly recommend him and his team.

Exceptional real estate agency services from beginning to end of transaction. Mark and his firm take the role as a real estate professional very seriously during all phases of the process; he takes the time to understand and address the buyer/seller concerns, provides relevant data analysis to help drive decisions, and offers straightforward and informed advice based on experience. His firm also supports the process with great follow-up. I’ve bought and sold several times in the past, and by far this experience was the best.
