I cannot praise Gina enough! I met with her early on, at the referral of my cousin, to see what I needed to do to get my house ready to list. She looked through my house, came prepared with comps, and talked me through what I needed to do & what to expect. She then sent me emails with pointers etc. and backed off until I was ready. Once I gave her the go, she had pictures scheduled for Wednesday, the listing was live on Thursday and open house was scheduled for Sunday. I had a full price offer within 48 hours of listing. But that wasn't good enough for Gina. She told the agent to make it worth it for her to cancel the open house, so she got me an additional $10k over list price and we were under contract that night! Gina knows what she is doing, is no nonsense and gets it done!

As a real estate investor, this closing proved to be one of the more complex of all my real estate closings. However, even though there were a number of obstacles especially with the satisfaction of the two mortgages and a subsequent delay with the closing, the Gina Giampietro Team persisted and we eventually closed. Thanks to them for all their efforts. I am recommending them to my fellow investors. .

Gina did a great job in selling our property. She was hands on from day 1 right through the closing. The saying "Big enough to matter, small enough to care" truly appies here. Gina sells a lot of real estate but always had the time to talk to us and coach us one on one.
