My brother and I couldn’t be happier with the service Gina Giampietro and her RE/MAX team provided us. Our parents had recently passed and we had to sell our nostalgic, childhood home that was 68 years old. We had it on the market for 6 months and received only one low-ball offer. Gina came in and told us what minimal improvements we needed to make to appeal to the current housing market target group and conducted market research so that it would be priced right. In less than 2 months we had the home back on the market and priced correctly based on comparables and the competition. Gina also had the home pictures professionally done, including aerial views and flyers. The first weekend we had an open house and had dozens of potential buyers come through the house. In just under two weeks we accepted our second offer and are now under contract. Gina is one of the top sellers in the area, respected in the industry, efficient, hardworking, experienced and competent and fiercely loyal to her client but a fair negotiator. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!

The moment I met Gina, I knew she's the right realtor for me. She's professional, direct and fights for her clients. In the house I bought recently with Gina, she noticed a disclaimer about the sewer that saved me a lot of money. Not only that, she also came up with creative idea on how to execute the fix so it will be a win win for both the seller and me (which in my opinion, that's always the best way to go) Thanks Gina.
