My brother and I couldn’t be happier with the service Gina Giampietro and her RE/MAX team provided us. Our parents had recently passed and we had to sell our nostalgic, childhood home that was 68 years old. We had it on the market for 6 months and received only one low-ball offer. Gina came in and told us what minimal improvements we needed to make to appeal to the current housing market target group and conducted market research so that it would be priced right. In less than 2 months we had the home back on the market and priced correctly based on comparables and the competition. Gina also had the home pictures professionally done, including aerial views and flyers. The first weekend we had an open house and had dozens of potential buyers come through the house. In just under two weeks we accepted our second offer and are now under contract. The moment I met Gina, I knew she's the right realtor for me. She's professional, direct and fights for her clients. In the house I bought recently with Gina, she noticed a disclaimer about the sewer that saved me a lot of money.
