Marietta did an exceptional job selling my elderly mothers home. Her expertise, knowledge and effort is unparalleled. She provided all the resources necessary to expedite the sale while achieving a favorable market price. She provided good subcontractors to do repair work and acted as the point of contact for all contractors and inspection professionals throughout the sales process. She also took the initiative to resolve an unexpected title issue. Marietta’s performance was well beyond our expectations, she is clearly a top real estate professional.
