We had a very good experience with Margo. Buying a new home in a new city can be difficult. Margo is knowledgeable about many of the different areas and could offer suggestions, and point out things, that only someone who has been here a long time would know. When it came time to be negotiate she was tough, firm, and communicated well. She definitely made the whole process go smoother and easier. We would definitely recommend her to our friends.

Margo and the Christophilis Team has helped us buy and sell two homes. What is great about working with Margo and her team is the dedication they have to help people achieve their goals. Most recently, we sold our home above asking almost immediately after listing.
