First time home buyers in a competitive market. Gevin served as an excellent realtor, adviser, and occasional therapist. Friends don’t let friends make unwise home purchases. Clearly Gevin enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them find the right decision for themselves, even amidst the fog of war. The home buying process was stressful, but anyone would be lucky to have him in their corner. We are very pleased with the outcome of our journey and would easily recommend him.
