Gevin is an exceptional Realtor! In addition to being highly responsive, Gevin's background as a contractor enables him to see things most Realtors don't (or won't mention!). Gevin is 100% on your team, and is not in the business for quick paycheck, meaning he won't let you buy a bad property. He helps with all the due diligence, makes the buying process seamless, and is not afraid to tell you that a certain house is a "no" based on one's needs and future use intent. Gevin is also more than willing to help with any realty needs post-close; he can give great recommendations for any future contracting work one desires. Beyond his excellent responsiveness and attention to detail, Gevin knows how to negotiate. He helped us buy our home well under list price, and he will try his darndest to do the same for you! Could not recommend Gevin more for one's housing needs in Mill Creek, WA and the great Seattle area.
