Where do I start with luther and jonathan. Im so glad i found them, our situation with buying our home became complicated when the sellers decided to back out during escrow but we wanted to proceed with legal action. Luther and jonathan stayed with us for a year and a half dealing with it all. If it wasn’t for them and their help I honestly dont think we would have been able to win our home. Im so persistent and both luther and jonathan were very patient with me. I really appreciate that about them. I have already mentioned them to my friends and family and hope that one day they cant help someone in our circle like they helped us. We will stay in touch with them when we are ready to sell one day.

Luther guided me through the process of selling my grandparents house through their Trust. Luther and his team are the exact professionals you want on your side. Luther took the time to calm my fears, during this colorful process. I plan to utilize Luther again, when I have to take charge of another loved one’s Trust. I can’t tell you the amount of gratitude I feel from this outcome. Thank you, Luther for all of your help.

Trust and integrity: Luther and his team did a remarkable job with us. We had many different issues with the sell of this property. His calming demeanor was needed during our difficult time. We closed in record time. This is our 7th property that our family has used Luther. We'd do it again, without question.

Where do I begin? This was a very complicated, stressful, and tense situation we honestly got thrown into rather quickly and unexpectedly. We have been living in my in laws home for quite a while and unfortunately right after my father in laws passing they decided to put the home up for sale. It was very difficult to process everything all at once, especially for my fiancé. To grieve your father and in a moments notice to feel like you are also about to lose the place you called home, was all too much to endure for us as a family. We were left contemplating on the decision to buy this home, buy another home or just go out and rent. We prayed, we cried, we tried everything all at once. Searched for apartments, searched for lenders, looked at homes. Everything was happening too fast, too soon. One night I came across century 21 website and I sent an inquiry for a home and the very next day Luther Sanchez arrived at our door step. He came with a booklet in hand, very professional, very open and honest. When he shared his knowledge with us he left us with a very good impression that never left our minds. He spoke with good intentions, but most of all he listened to us. He understood our needs and made sure to exceed our expectations. After all the back and forth we decided to purchase this home that means so much to my significant other. We know that purchasing a home is a business transaction but to us it was much more than that. This home has family history, a deep appreciation for what his father worked hard to have and give to my sweetheart Frank. There was no one else who could’ve made this happen for us. Luther and his team made sure our children would continue to grow and make beautiful memories inside this home that is now officially ours. We needed to find someone that cared as much as we did, Luther cared. It never felt like it was just business to him because it’s not. Having him on our side felt like a good friend who has your best interest at heart. The trust we had in him during such a difficult time made the process a lot easier for us as a family. We are forever grateful for Luther and his team. Luther will always be number 1 in our book. Thank you a thousand times.

We met Luther in 2021 when we bought our Home. Luther kept us informed of market trends for 2 years until we decided to sell our home. Luther has been professional and is very informative. At the beginning, he met with us and presented us with his marketing plan of the selling of our home and answered all our questions and concerns. He makes the home selling process an east transition. He kept us updated during the process and was available to answer any questions we had. We plan on keeping that relationship with Luther for any future purchase.
