Luther did an amazing job selling my dads place after he suddenly passed away. Dealing with an estate sell is never easy, however, Luther made things much less stressful. He always kept me updated and he is extremely knowledgeable. His expertise and determination got my dad’s place sold in a little under 2 months in a difficult place to sell a home in Southern California. He did an amazing job from start to finish. He went above and beyond and truly cared about helping me. He is a great person and someone you can trust completely. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of a realtor in the geographical areas he covers.

Jonathan Vasquez and Luther Sanchez provided excellent, professional, and kind services. The team is responsive to client's needs. I searched for the homes online, visited open houses on weekends, and for specific scheduled showings, Jonathan assisted me in contacting the sellers for viewing. He answered all my questions very well. Thank you! I highly recommend their real estate services. House buying is very competitive in the LA suburban area and home prices are exorbitant.

Where do I start with luther and jonathan. Im so glad i found them, our situation with buying our home became complicated when the sellers decided to back out during escrow but we wanted to proceed with legal action. Luther and jonathan stayed with us for a year and a half dealing with it all. If it wasn’t for them and their help I honestly dont think we would have been able to win our home. Im so persistent and both luther and jonathan were very patient with me. I really appreciate that about them. I have already mentioned them to my friends and family and hope that one day they cant help someone in our circle like they helped us. We will stay in touch with them when we are ready to sell one day.

Trust and integrity: Luther and his team did a remarkable job with us. We had many different issues with the sell of this property. His calming demeanor was needed during our difficult time. We closed in record time. This is our 7th property that our family has used Luther. We'd do it again, without question.
