Cindy is a amazing agent. She worked around Me and my wife's work schedule to show us houses and gave us real advice. She didn't try to rush us into buying a house but made sure we found the house we fell in love with. Then she negotiated with the seller to take 14,000 off the asking price and with the lender to get us the deal that worked best for us. She was right with us every step of the way and responded back promptly every time we had a question. Even after the paper work was done , she has stayed in contact to make sure everything has been smooth. She even brought us a wonderful housewarming package to celebrate our purchase. We are very thankful we found Cindy and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!!!!!

I WANT TO START OFF BY SAYING CINDY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. SHE HELPED MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASE ARE FIRST HOME BACK IN JULY 2022 AND SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE PROCESS AS EASY AS SHE COULD FOR US. SHE ALSO WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THE SELLER TO GET US THE BEST DEAL FOR ARE HOUSE AND NO MATTER WHAT QUESTION I HAD SHE ALWAYS HAD AN ANSWER AND GOT BACK WITH US RIGHT AWAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY OR SELL A HOUSE. SHE GETS THE JOB DONE AND MAKES SURE HOME BUYING IS EASY ON THE BUYER AND AS SMOOTH AS SHE CAN. SHES WONDERFUL!!! SHE HAS EVEN KEPT IN TOUCH AFTER WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE.

Cindy is amazing! She communicated the entire process well by always being available anytime we had questions and responded immediately. Cindy is very knowledgeable of the entire buying/selling process and carefully walked us through. Cindy is an awesome person in general, she puts her heart in her job and I highly recommend Cindy Branstetter to anyone that is buying or selling a home. Cindy is definitely top notch!

Cindy was excellent. We had so many back and forth with multiple properties over about 3 months. She was prompt and precise every single time and made it as easy as she possible could. She was very attentive to what we were needing and even showed us houses on days when she typically didn’t. She was very informative of how the process would work and always caring for our needs. 100% recommend!

Love, love, love this woman! Got on the ball and us in the house she knew we’d love in just over a month! We had one idea about what area we wanted and things just didn’t seem to pan out, she then took what she knew we wanted and redirected us to something that turned out to so much more in the end.
