My girlfriend and I worked with Victoria to purchase our first home. Working with her was an incredible experience. As anyone who has been looking for a home over the past few years knows, the market is astonishingly wild. It took us over a year and offers on multiple houses, but we finally found "the one." As you can imagine, the emotional highs and lows of the process can really take a toll on anyone, especially those with little to no experience in this venture. I can say, without a doubt, that Victoria's energy and experience were the guiding forces in helping us find the right house. She is incredibly knowledgeable, a good listener, and perhaps most importantly, truly committed to making sure you get the right house -for you-. We never once felt pressured into trying to make a purchase. In fact, there were multiple times when she kept us grounded by reminding us about what we had told her we wanted and that the house we were currently viewing didn't stack-up. (I can assure you after a year plus of looking at homes you start to go...ehhh this one isn't so bad right? We can make it work? - she would just look at us and shake her head no). She walked us through the homebuying process every step of the way - from dreams and desires to paperwork and financing questions, always answering day or night, rain or shine. She helped cut through a myriad of issues, and always knew how to keep us looking on the bright side, even when we were missing on houses we thought were the right ones for us. She was, in short, our champion. TLDR: I would highly recommend Victoria to anyone (first-time buyer or seasoned vet), and I would personally work with her again in an instant. She made the process better and we couldn't be happier with the house we ended up with. 10/10

Victoria is a phenomenal, magnificent gem of a person! ?? I'm a first time home buyer and she is the first realtor I met, ever, and she is extraordinarily brilliant in her field! Yes, I've become a fan! She has over a decade of experience and a whole fanbase of clients with rave reviews. Victoria is absolutely genuine and down to earth, from the very first interaction to every single one in all the 30+ tours we did over the course of just a few weeks, she was there, in person, online, messaging, over calls, every single step of the way, present, supporting, a complete guidance, a full wealth of knowledge, all the way through the final day of close. Victoria is the realtor you're looking for, she will bring an energy of excitement and calmness amidst the fast paced real estate market, assist you all throughout and put forth 200% efforts with her expertise in searching and securing your new home. ? Victoria did a fabulous job when looking for a home. She was very friendly and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend her when looking to buy or sell your home. We will definitely use her again in the future.

Victoria is a total professional. She gives her honest opinion about everything, no matter what. She was willing to navigate us through a million questions and ensured we took our time to make the best decision for us. We weren’t entirely sure about what type of property we wanted or where in the city we wanted to buy. She was very informative about neighborhoods and the pros and cons of different housing options. She’s also an investor and landlord, so she has a wealth of knowledge if you want to buy a multi family property (as we ended up doing). I never doubted that she was here to serve us (not herself). If you want a realtor who will always put you and your family first, reach out to Victoria!

Home buying can be a stressful situation . After working with several realtors who made my experience more stressful , I was introduced to Victoria by a friend who had an amazing experience working with Victoria . From day one I felt taken care of by Victoria . Not only was she patient , very well informed and professional , she exuded genuine care and desire to help me find the perfect home . Victoria went above and beyond gathering information for me , referring trusted sources and representing me and my needs with the utmost care . She was incredibly professional when dealing with the mortgage broker I was using and never missed a beat when noticing errors or potential road blocks on my home buying journey . Working with Victoria made me feel confident I would find the right home and the process would go smoothly . Once I found he right home Victoria was with me every step of the way to making the process less stressful and more joyful . I highly recommend Victoria and would only use her as my realtor for future property transactions .
