We absolutely loved Victoria! She was always so helpful in giving us all of the necessary information to buy our first home. It was a smooth experience because of her! If you're looking to buy a property, you could not find a better representative than Victoria Mullins. She is smart, thorough, tough in negotiations but patient with buyers and willing to give them all the time they need to be happy with their purchase. Victoria was an invaluable asset to us as we looked for houses from out of state. She made special efforts to video the houses during periods of time when she could talk honestly about the prospective home. One of the best things about using Victoria as a buyer's agent is her keen attention to detail in the homes we toured. She brings a range of experience to her ability to point out the pros and cons of each home under consideration. After we chose a home, she skillfully negotiated a fair price and kept us on track for accomplishing all the tasks that needed to be done before closing. Victoria is absolutely excellent and we highly recommend her to any buyer looking for someone to help them find a home and look out for their best interests

Victoria was very professional and knowledgeable in helping my wife and I find a house. She pointed out all the good and bad aspects of each of the houses she showed us. When we found the house we wanted, she was there all the way through closing helping us. Would use again and highly recommend.
