My husband and I were first-time home buyers, relocating for a job--which meant buying in a new town all the way across the country. We were trying to rent at first, and met Lisa that way, as she was representing a home we hoped to rent. Although the rental owner didn't select us for that property, Lisa was so kind and worried about our situation that she told me she would help us find another rental. She did find us another rental, but we ended up deciding to buy--and we couldn't have done it without Lisa's guidance and expertise. Lisa helped us negotiate a hot market, advised us on what to do when the first house we hoped to buy turned up a bad inspection report, and ultimately got us in a wonderful house. She helped us find our mortgage broker, title company, and insurance, all of whom we've been extremely happy with. Weeks after closing, she is still helping us navigate our warranty and insurance as we deal with some house issues, and providing advise on how to handle repairs and renovations. I didn't realize what an emotional and strange process buying a house would be and I'm so grateful I had Lisa by my side and our team through it all.

120% FULLY RECOMMEND!!! We could not be more pleased with Lisa Frushone as our realtor. It feels weird to even use that word to describe how amazing she has been to work with and the complex series of hats she wears.... sometimes therapist, sometimes mediator, sometimes cold hard truth, sometimes a hug...while always professional. She deeply cares about her clients and is not just trying to get them in any old house. She doesn’t rest until she’s sure it’s the right home for them. She knows the Delaware River valley area inside and out, she knows everyone in the business and knows the market. She has managed our particular needs thru a global crisis expertly and has become a dear friend in the process. This is our 7th property we have purchased and we have never worked with a realtor of this caliber. She also manages ALL aspects of the process including coordinator lawyers, banks, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, title agency....you may think that all realtors do and should but in our experience Lisa is the only one we’ve had who takes it all on and does it masterfully which greatly reduces the stress for the buyer. Lisa is the gold standard. Exceptional! Plus she is a wizards at negotiating strategy... I negotiate for a living and she had moves I never would have thought of! We were in a multiple offer situation and managed to secure the house of our dreams due to her sage advice. Thank you Lisa!!!!!!

Lisa is the best. It's that simple. We've dealt with many brokers over the years buying and selling houses, and there is no one more competent and hard working than Lisa. She is a master of strategy, able to close difficult and complicated transactions, and is always working for the client. She goes above and beyond for the client time and time again. It's been well over a year since we sold our house, and there are still remaining issues. Lisa stays on top of them, and is always extremely responsive to any inquiries we have. She has set the bar so high, that every broker we have worked with since we moved out of state has been a terrible disappointment. Consider yourself lucky to work with her!

I almost want to buy another house just so I can work work with Lisa again! From the first time we met with her until after we signed closing papers she gave us her one hundred percent. She is a real realtor, not someone with a side hustle looking to make some extra cash. She knows the market like the back of her hand and has amazing negotiation skills — and will literally go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Even months after we purchased our home, she was still checking in with us and making sure we were happy with our new home. Which of course, we are, because she found us our dream home!

Finding the right home for my husband and myself in Bucks County took many months because we had so many "must haves" on our list. We worked closely with Lisa Frushone throughout the entire process, and she was wonderful in all regards. First, her knowledge of the Bucks County real estate market was invaluable in helping us narrow the areas in which we were interested. Also, as out-of-state buyers, we often had scheduling challenges when there was a listing we wanted to see, and Lisa could not have been more accommodating and available. She was equally patient and showed extensive knowledge when faced with our many, frequent questions. If there was something she did not know, she made every effort to find the answer and get back to us in a timely manner. The happy ending here is that, thanks to Lisa's hard work, especially her diligent checking out of every new listing we would possibly be interested in, we finally found a property that we love.
