Due to being in real estate and construction for 30 years, it's always difficult to find a professional in the industry that can take care of all of your needs. Fortunately the stars aligned with Lindsay. I am a self-proclaimed difficult client, with my work schedule, travel schedule and knowledge of construction it was definitely a challenge to find the perfect place for me. Lindsay did an amazing job of always being in communication, looking for exactly what I was requesting and always available for showings. I would highly recommend whether you're a first time home buyer or buying your 35th house you definitely want Lindsay in your corner she will fight to get you the best deal and the exact property that you're looking for. I do not give out recommendations for just anyone but she definitely earned and deserves it. I'm very grateful for everything she did to make the home buying experience painless and very quick!

Lindsay is an incredible real estate professional. After having our home listed for twelve months with one broker, and an additional four months with another I decided it was time to make a change, and what a successful change it has been. My initial contact with Lindsay sealed the deal, I called her to set an appointment to find out she was hard at work helping a client clean out their home that had just sold. From that point on, I knew Lindsay was the right fit for my real estate needs. Lindsay marketed our home incorporating various strategies including the expert use of social media. As a comparison social media was a foreign term to the previous two agents. Using Lindsay’s pricing and marketing strategies our home sold in under 120 days! Following contract signing Lindsay has been their every step of the way, always responds to text’s, phone calls, emails in an extremely timely manner and if a problem arises, she gets it resolved. Overall Lindsay is 10 out of 10! We first met Lindsay when she showed us a home we wanted to see. She was very helpful and answered all questions we had for her. We continued to communicate with Lindsay from another state and she helped us line up several more showings in our desired location. In each showing she had done her homework. She helped us make offers and acquired a spectacular home in our target area and even while we were out of state she went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf and in our absence. I highly recommend Lindsay for RE transactions in the Washington County area of Utah.

Lindsay is by far the best realtor I have ever had experience with. She is knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, always available to speak with and quick to respond to messages. Very professional and personable. She went above and beyond for us and I will forever be grateful I have found her. She helped us find our perfect family home!
