LINDA MAYFIELD IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Do yourself a favor and hire Linda as your realtor. She was recommended to me by my friend who used here to purchase their home in 2022 and told me how incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful they she was to work with. She wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and was the first to say something, if she didn’t think a home was right for you. My friend reached out to Linda for me and Linda assured her that she would take good care of me and DID SHE EVER! I recently became a widow with two young children and needed to sell my home and relocate quickly. My experience with her was nothing short of perfect. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with the sale of my house during a very traumatic time. I was made to feel as if the sale of my home was her top and only priority. Linda is extremely responsive, helpful, resourceful and most importantly caring! She was the main reason we got the deal closed. We had an issue come up towards the end of the transaction and Linda was the one who was making calls, keeping me informed and getting a resolution. She got us over the finish line through her hard work, attitude, superb organization and knowledge of the closing process. I cannot express or emphasize enough how much I recommend her and appreciate all of Linda’s hard work and dedication to sale of my home.

Our experience working with Linda Mayfield was outstanding! She provided us with excellent advice regarding house preparations for the sale, timing of the sale, setting the listing price and negotiation of the final sale contract. She was always readily available by text, phone or email whenever we had a question or needed to communicate with her. Her experience and knowledge of her market area and market conditions in general helped us to get offers after the first day of showings, resulting in an over list price final sale. With her assistance the entire transaction went as smoothly as possible and it was a pleasure working with her throughout. We highly recommend Linda Mayfield if you are looking for a realtor.

Linda did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. The photography of the house really made it stand out. She brought us sellers right away, and worked with us through a complicated purchase. Highly recommend.
