Lethea was an exceptional realtor who helped work with my family to sell my Grandmother's home. She was very kind, understanding and became part of the family during this emotional process since my Grandmother was moving from her home of over 50 years into an assisted living facility. Lethea was excellent with promoting / marketing / advertising home, taking into account appraisals and housing market in order to get us multiple bids. She was able to help walk us through entire real estate process as we were having to communicate from out of state prior to being able to come into PA during first week move and showings of property. She answered all questions about seller's disclosure / contracts and was very accommodating as well as patient with my Grandmother. She also helped find reliable professionals for other services such as junk removal and landscaping during time home was on market prior to sale and closing date. Ultimately, Lethea got my Grandmother above asking price for her home within the first 2 days house was on market! I've worked with Lethea across multiple homes and 6 years. Lethea is professional; when she says she will do something, she follows through, and is quick to respond to any question or concern, no matter how small. Lethea recently sold my home in Hershey in 1 day. I'm thrilled to have her represent us, and I'm sure you will too!

Lethea was GREAT! She walked us through the process/answered our questions. She had our house sold within 5 days of when it was listed and got us a price higher than the asking. She was a blessing. She helped with moving and cleaning out the house. Advised us on what and when we needed to do certain things for closing. It was a pleasure working with Lethea. With all my home buying and selling experiences throughout the country, Lethea was the ABSOLUTE BEST realtor I EVER had the pleasure to deal with and I would HIGHLY recommend her to EVERYONE!
