When I met Leslie for the first time, she immediately made me feel like she was the right person for the job and would be someone I could count on. She's professional, very knowledgeable about the Vashon market, on task, well respected, and willing to help us get the house ready to list in a short amount of time. It took a lot of effort to turn this house into a home that a buyer would want-but once we did that, Leslie's team sold it quickly -we accepted a full price offer and closed within 3 weeks. Great communication throughout the whole process.

When a review is REALLY glowing, it can be hard to believe. In this case, believe it. Leslie has handled two transactions for us and both of them have been flawless. All the steps in the process were explained thoroughly and done seamlessly, her recommendations for prepping our home for sale turned out to be exactly right, she went out of her way to speed up the timeframe, called regularly to see if there was something else she could be doing to help us. I can't actually think of a single way she could have improved both our sale of our home and purchase of new property.

Leslie helped us both sell our house and buy another one in a market that was quite active. She presented us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision about selling our beloved home in order to purchase a home that met the needs we have at this stage in our lives. Our goal was to not have a mortgage and we achieved that! She is highly professional yet has a warmth and an understanding of the personal nature of home buying and selling. I always felt she wanted to understand our overall needs/goals to see where the transactions fit in to support us. I would highly recommend her.
