The worst experience, I have encountered, in my professional career. I hired, Leslie Dabe, to sell my property in Sneedville Tn. In my opinion, Leslie Dabe's misrepresentation of the truth, created an atmosphere, to the extent that my property is not sold. Leslie Dabe, via a text message, stated in the text, the buyers were approved, when in fact they never were. The second buyer, under contract, had a specific time, to get me the proof of funds, and earnest monies. The contract stated, the buyer had 5 days, for proof of funds and 7 days for the earnest monies. Both of these dates came and went, without proof. I have all corresponding text messages, e-mails to substantiate my position.

we were very pleased with Lesley Dabe. We had our house on the market less than a week before we got a contract on it. We had a few bumps in our process (no fault of Lesley or her company) and she was there every step of the way for us. She always answered or returned my calls quickly. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.

We have purchased two properties through Lesley Dabe. Lesley is down-to-earth and approachable, and always puts her client's interests first. She is honest about the properties she sells and works hard at finding a property that will fit the needs of her buyer. We also sold a home through Lesley Dabe. Her efforts in our sale caused us to sell our home in a matter of months. She made sure we got the best deal possible for our beautiful home. I highly recommend Lesley Dabe.
