Leonid is wonderful! He did an excellent job helping us sell our co-op. He clearly understood all the tricky requirements involved with selling in a co-op and guided us through every step. Even better, they found a qualified buyer willing to pay a fair price before the unit was officially listed, so we didn’t have to deal with endless showings. It really was a great experience. I highly recommend!

I was nervous because my last agent overpromised and vanished once the sign went up. This time felt different. Leonid stayed involved through every showing and handled buyers who liked to stall.
