Having Leigh as our realtor was such a wonderful experience, from beginning to end! Before we found Leigh, we had been trying to sell our house for five years and had gone through four realtors! After we found Leigh in August, we ended up closing on the sale, for our asking price, the day before Thanksgiving, the whole process taking just about three months. Leigh staged the house, arranged for fantastic photos of the inside and outside of the house and found a handyman to clean up the exterior and make the scary driveway look less scary! When the inspection turned up a permitting issue that needed to involve the town, Leigh always volunteered to pick up and drop off any paperwork at the townhall. She was always available by phone and always ready with reassurances and moral support, all of which turned out to be realistic. We can and do recommend Leigh heartily and without any reservation.

We had such a great experience working with Leigh Tripathi. We moved from North Carolina to Nyack without much knowledge on the area and she was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and helping us find the best location for us in Rockland County. Leigh was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions clearly, and helped us navigate things we didn’t even know to ask about. When it came time to make an offer, she was strategic and helped us get the home even with multiple offers on the table. On top of all that, she’s just genuinely great to work with — friendly and professional. We’re so grateful for her help and couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy in the area! We love our new home!

Leigh is so awesome. She made us feel like we were her only client. We highly recommend her because she listens and in my opinion went out her way to help us find the perfect home. We've dealt with a lot of agents in the past and none of them seem to grasp what type of home we were looking for. So when we came across Leigh we were very skeptical. From day one she got it. If I texted her. She'd text right back. When I called if she didn't answer right away, I'd get a text saying she would call me back and she did. She always responded promptly. Never disappointed us. And yeeessss she found us our perfect home. There's just such a lot of great things I can say about Leigh so I might have to do a part two. She really cares about the people she works with and it shows in everything she does. She's an agent who really loves what she does and goes over and beyond for her clients. My #1 realtor.

Leigh is a gem. Hiring a real estate agent left us shaking our heads. We knew what our house was worth as we aren’t living under a rock yet the two agents we spoke to before we hired Leigh gave us inflated promises and prices. Leigh is real! Beyond being a true professional in real estate, she called us back quickly and never missed a beat. We would hire her again and we happily recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home.
