Gabriel was able to find a price point consistent with the neighborhood and size of the unit. He checked in on a regular basis regarding about progress of listing. The agents with Leigh Marcus who showed the unit were knowledgeable about the property; courteous to the seller and property;Regular contact with the transaction agent, Emily, about potential buyers and navigating the final closing requirements. Seller (and I think buyer) are pleased. Well done!

We had a great experience working with the wonderful Leigh Marcus team. They gave us great advice, and contacts, for preparing our house for sale. They were decisive and (as it turns out) correct on the pricing strategy. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. We had a smooth and efficient process in selling our house for the price we had hoped for!

Grahm Bailey was an absolute pleasure to work with. He spent the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and worked tirelessly to find on and off listing properties that met the criteria. Not only was he extremely kind, patient and proactive, he was also extremely knowledgeable. He educated us every step of the way - truly don't think we could've done it without him! On top of it all, he always made himself available for our questions and it was evident he took pride in his work. Both my husband and I had an amazing experience working with Grahm and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!
