Leici was the best we could have asked for. We were first-time homebuyers and we were a little apprehensive to get started, knowing how quickly the market moves and that some realtors can feel pushy. With Leici, we were able to go at a comfortable pace, find what we were looking for, stay within our budget, and negotiate a great deal. I could not recommend her enough!!

Leici sold my daughter’s home in Beavercreek (7 offers & sold above list price on day 1). That was all I needed to see before contacting her. Leici was amazing at helping us search for our new home when we were 5 months out from moving. She went and showed us homes via facetime, and gave us her honest opinion on things and was knowledgeable on VA loans and what they would or would not approve. she had contacts for loan help, insurance companies, inspections, etc. before we left to close on our home which we had not seen yet, but trusted her with what our needs, she did last minute runs to the home to make sure that things were ready for us to close as soon as we arrived. I wish i had her at the time to sell our home in San Antonio, but grateful for her expertise and kindness!

Leici did an awesome job as our real estate agent! She helped us find a home in the Gulf Breeze, FL area. I can’t say enough about great it was working with Leici. She was very responsive to questions and a huge help for us working as out of town buyers. She took into account our needs and goals for the property and helped us quickly find, secure, and successfully close on an investment property. Leici was a total gem to have throughout the entire home buying/ selling process! She so knowledgeable, friendly, detail oriented, and just a complete joy to work with. We put our house on the market literally the week that Covid shut everything down. Even though I began to panic, Leici put all my concerns at ease, and we still managed to sell our house at an amazing price and fast! Same goes for buying our new home, Leici fought for us and made sure we ended up with the home we wanted even though we didn’t have the highest offer! Cannot recommend her enough!
