Lee was wonderful to work with. She is very professional, extremely experienced and knowledgeable. She easily educated me on the process. Lee works hard, is kind, quick to respond, and has great communication. I was managing this sale from out of state and she kept me updated on every step. Handling things paperless was a real bonus! I feel very strongly that the sale would not have happened with out Lee and her team!

I feel very fortunate to have worked with Lee on the sale of my townhome in Columbus. From the beginning she made excellent recommendations on making my home attractive to buyers. After doing so, we received two excellent offers within 2 days of listing the property. We quickly accepted the higher offer. After those buyers got cold feet at the 11th hour, she fought hard for me to be able to keep their deposit, and was successful in doing so. She then immediately reached out the people who had submitted the other offer, and we were able to quickly sign a new purchase contract. Because the property was very old, we had a number of issues that we needed to fix quickly in order to sell the property. She worked with handymen, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and the HOA to get them resolved quickly and with minimal cost. All the people she recommended were reliable, professional and worked within the timeframe to get us to closing. She was on site to see the issues as they arose, and put pressure on the HOA when needed to accomplish the task at hand. I honestly don't think I would have made it to closing without her expertise. Her assistance was particularly critical since I live out of town and could not manage any of these issues myself. I can't recommend her enough.

Lee and her team were fantastic to work with in selling our house in Upper Arlington. She did a great job of walking us through the process and provided great input as to what to list the home for. She was very responsive in communication and made the stressful process much easier. We sold the house well over the list price. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone in Columbus looking to buy or sell your home. Thanks Lee!

This was our 4th time using Lee for a home buy or sale - she is the absolute BEST!!! Both of our home sales through Lee were sold the very first weekend on the market significantly above asking price (and much higher than what we expected - $55k over asking!!) with VERY favorable terms for us. Her preparation for sale, market research, and attention to detail are unparalleled. Our neighbor with a comparable home listed their home for sale one month after us. They had to drop their sale price to draw attention - the fact our home sold the first weekend at a higher price is a direct indication of the VALUE Lee brings. You truly don’t appreciate the benefit of a good realtor until you don’t have one. Lee is WORTH EVERY PENNY and brings significant value to you as a home seller or buyer.
