Leda did an outstanding job helping us navigate the sale of Teresa’s aunt’s home. We were going to try to Sale by Owner, so glad we didn’t. She helped give us direction on what needed to be done to prepare the house for the market. We followed that advice. She was available for us during the process. She always did what she said she would do and treated us as if we were her only client. Thank you Leda for a wonderful experience and outcome. A wonderful couple purchased the home and will be a great addition to the neighborhood. David H

Leda capably assisted us in the search for and purchase of our new home. She clearly understood what we were looking for, the areas we were interested and the results show. She communicated extremely well and was always responsive no matter what time of day. She was helpful in so many ways. I wholeheartedly recommend her. She will not disappoint

I listed a property as a for sale by owner, but then Leda reached out. She said she could save me the hassle of selling it on my own and even provide a better result. She sure was persuasive, and I don’t regret having her take over the listing. Because she is local, she handled lots of stuff on my behalf, to say the least. She clearly showed her expertise, went above and beyond to get the property sold! I normally don’t write reviews; but this time I’m impressed by the level of service provided. If you are on the market to buy or sell real estate, Leda is your Lady! Rest assure you are in good hands!!!

As a local investor in the upstate Leda has helped us sale all of our properties and offers up the most professional experience from any realtor we've worked with. She keeps herself abreast on the latest market condition which helps us price our properties correctly to get then under contract and sold quickly.
