We really hit the jackpot when we contacted Laurie to assist in selling our condo. She didn't sugar coat or gloss over any issues and was frank regarding what needed to be done in order to receive the best offer possible. Her deep knowledge and superlative negotiating skills ensured that we received a great offer. Laurie is a consummate professional who answered all of our questions (some multiple times) with patience and care. You will be in great hands with Laurie!

Laurie is genuine, honest, loyal, and a big believer in finding the home that is perfect for you. Laurie helped to negotiate a very deal with the seller and what we thought was the best for our family. She was also extremely helpful in the mortgage process regarding qualifying paperwork and really took her time with our specific needs. She spent a lot of time with us but she is wholeheartedly committed to finding families the perfect home at the best price. Contact her ASAP! She is the best in the area.

My husband and I were referred to Laurie by a friend who also had a positive experience with her. Both of us were not from Rockland county, but came to the area due to work. We knew we wanted to invest on a home, but had no idea on how to go by on finding one. I was scared and lost, and thoroughly overwhelmed. Meeting Laurie was the best thing that every happened!

We already had a estimate of a budget we would be comfortable with, and I was already in love with the town and areas surrounding Suffern. It is well situated between both of our families, and allows easy commuting into NYC.

Our first meeting with Laurie was a learning experience. We learned what limitation the area provided, but also what was unique about the area. We also learned that we had no concept as to the size or style of home we could see ourselves in.

I know we provided Laurie a challenge. A challenge I feel she welcomed. We wanted a home that we could grow old in, and she committed herself to helping us with our quest.

Being raised, and having lived in apartment all my life, I was clueless. Laurie said not to worry, and created a game plan for us. Basically she showed us many houses, then listened to our feedback. She made suggestions, but was not pushy. Anytime something came onto the market that was within our refined criteria, she promptly informed us and scheduled a walk through.

We literally spent the whole summer with her, and probably saw about 30+ houses. I honestly can not recall the actual number. It was frustrating, but not depressing. Laurie made it fun. Each time we came to a new property, Laurie helped us establish our likes and dislikes, and helped us weigh in whether the property was for us. After the initial few houses, she had us figured out, and became more selective about the properties she would show us.

At no point did she seem disinterested on us, or lost faith in us finding our perfect home. Many at times she was the one to pep me up, and would always have a positive saying and smile on her face.

Finally, after many weekends together we found our home. The home I could see myself growing old in. It needed some work, but mostly cosmetic. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was coming home.

We promptly sat together and created our proposal. It was a short sale, but with her knowledge she felt confidant that our offer would be accepted by the bank. After about 3 months (which is kinda standard with short sales), we received word that our offer was accepted!! Simple as that. All we had to do know was schedule a closing.

Everything leading up to this point was easy. Finding Laurie was easy. Laurie helped guide us in our house search. The offer for the house was well within our budget. Everything was too easy for us.

The day of the closing was a nightmare. We discovered that my name had a typo on some of the forms, and we could not get a clear answer as to whether we could proceed with the closing. Which is highly unfortunate cuz it was also the last day for our interest rate lock, and less than two weeks before our short sale approval expired. Being that it was also holiday season, rescheduling was not an option.

Laurie was optimistic through the whole thing, and called in reinforcements. Being that she has been in the business for as long as she has, allowed her to develop a relation with pretty much everyone at the table. Between everyone, we managed to get the approval we needed to proceed with the signing of the papers, and we had our home.

I thank Laurie, for her patience, optimism, and experience. I consider myself extremely lucky on having met her, and to have her agree to become our agent. With out her, we would probably still be looking, if at all. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

The best Real Estate Agent anyone could ask for! Laurie has been a great help, guide and support through the process of purchasing a home from the onset. For a first-time homebuyer who did not have any idea on where to start and how to approach the whole process, Laurie was a real blessing to me as she advised and guided me every step of the way. I have and will continue to recommend Laurie to others, as well as use her again myself! She keeps her word and is very trustworthy! She puts her heart and soul into each deal and is more your friend than your realtor, even if she may not make the greatest commission on the deal.
