Laurie Chrispen helped me and my brothers get through every step required to sell my parents home. In the beginning, Just getting the property ready for the walkthroughs and showings was overwhelming. But she broke the preparation process down, consulted with me about a tentative budget and coordinated everything from clean up to the interior/exterior paint. Her extensive experience also helped us manage the process of negotiations and escrow, especially the reality that things don’t always come together as planned. Laurie’s guidance and support ensured a successful outcome in spite of volatile market conditions.
