Lauren was absolutely amazing! I bought a house a few months before family events led me to unexpectedly relocate and Lauren was the first person I contacted. She was very friendly, understanding, and professional throughout. I ended up being able to sell the house for more than I paid for it, in the span of a few months! She was a pleasure to work with and made the selling process much less stressful than I ever could have expected. Despite me needing to be out of state, she was excellent at updating me on everything and was very easy to get a hold of over the phone and email. Additionally, she was VERY knowledgeable about the area. When I needed to get minor work done at the house, she knew the best companies to work with. Her expertise of the area was also handy at determining a good sale price. She was fair, helpful, friendly, and great at what she does.

Lauren was extremely friendly, patient and thorough. We never felt rushed and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. Lauren was also very familiar with the town of Monroeville and able to provide us with contact information for trusted and reliable contract workers to perform necessary work. I needed someone who would help me with a property sale that would take place mostly long distance, and I will forever be grateful to a friend who recommended Lauren. I especially appreciated her extensive knowledge of the market and her ability to help me see the attributes of the property through fresh eyes. And because of her excellent communication skills my concerns about having to do this long distance were unfounded.
