I couldn't have trusted a broker more than Laurel. Working with her was as much about receiving sound counsel as it was about finding the perfect place — which we did. From our first conversation, she offered very helpful insight into the current market and local, municipal laws that helped guide our search. She's a pro in the area and was always quick to tell us when "we could do better" or steer us away from something that might present problems down the line. Never in a rush and always had our best interests at heart. She recommended a fantastic mortgage broker as well. The whole process was ideal from start to finish, and I cannot recommend Laurel and her team highly enough.

Laurel Sweeney was a magnificent broker and I would highly recommend her. She priced our house perfectly and she was felt our house did not need to be staged but she made very good suggestions. The house sold in one week with limited negotiations. Laurel communicated extremely well with ourselves and the buyers and all appointments needed for inspections, etc were communicated well and adjustments made when necessary. She is warm, smart and incredibly well versed in the real estate market in the Hudson Valley as well as knowledgeable about zoning and town regulations. She is a gem!

Circumstances didn't require any significant negotiations. Laurel was very conscientious in keeping the process moving to a successful closing. Was readily available and very responsive to inquiries.
