Anytime I reached out to Laurel she promptly responded. Emily, her assistance was also a pleasure to work with. Laurel managed the swift offers with absolute professionalism - my home sold the first weekend on the market. I was quite pleased with the results of selling my beloved country cottage of 27 years.

I honestly couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable realtor. Laurel knows the local market inside and out, and communicates things in a way that makes it digestible and easy to understand (especially for a new buyer!). She was always available for questions, feedback, and advice. She also set us up with referrals for excellent related professionals (inspectors, plumbers, etc.) and continued to be a helpful sounding board even after we had completed the purchase. I genuinely trust Laurel without hesitation, and would confidently recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling.

I couldn't have trusted a broker more than Laurel. Working with her was as much about receiving sound counsel as it was about finding the perfect place — which we did. From our first conversation, she offered very helpful insight into the current market and local, municipal laws that helped guide our search. She's a pro in the area and was always quick to tell us when "we could do better" or steer us away from something that might present problems down the line. Never in a rush and always had our best interests at heart. She recommended a fantastic mortgage broker as well. The whole process was ideal from start to finish, and I cannot recommend Laurel and her team highly enough.
