Unresponsive underwhelming. She talked to really good game but the process went nowhere. I kind of felt like we just dug for homes in the area potentially for her to Market to other people because we got nothing. Communication just completely lacking. Very slow to respond before being completely ghosted. Which means by the time you get on top of an assignment it's already off the market.

Larry is the best realtor anyone could imagine working with. His knowledge of the local community and his connections within that community make him a wizard at smoothing the process out for his clients and bringing them the best deal possible. His communication is top notch! Larry is professional, but also seeks out the best for his clients while making their dreams a reality. As first time home buyers, Larry made sure we were informed and that all facets of the process were explained in a crystal clear manner. Larry is the only realtor we will ever use in Greenwood SC. He listened and delivered! We couldn’t asked for anything more! Larry worked so hard being the go between to our builder and construction loan staff. That we didn’t have to do a lot of the work we would be expected to do ourselves. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner to work with.

My experience with Morton's realty was amazing! Thanks to Larry Morton I'm officially a homeowner. He walked me through every step of the process and showed me all the houses I wanted see. When I found a house he negotiated for me and even got the sellers to pay some of the closing costs. Anne could not have been more helpful. It was a last minute decision to look a three very different properties, each 20-30 minutes away from one another. Anne was knowledgeable, very thorough and extremely professional. None of the properties we toured fit our wish list and we have chosen another area to buy but I can not recommend enough!
