Arthur Grant (Lane Johnson) was our listing agent for the recent sale of our home. We also utilized them for the search and find for our replacement home. When looking for a listing agent for both buying and selling my home my concern was to obtain services from an experienced professional to bridge my own knowledge gap. We located Lane Johnson of Arthur Grant through word of mouth through our friends. He was recommended as an expert in helping to identify requirements in selling our home and in the search for our new home. On the sale of our home, Lane was extremely active and responsive in working through the showings and obtaining real time feedback from the viewers. Once we obtained the offer, Lane was instrumental in helping through the details and extremely effective with closing the deal. As much work as I went through to sell my home, I recognized that Lane did far more to make this a smooth process than was readily viewed. Related to the purchase of our new home, we were lucky to find a home quickly. The new construction that we found, Lane was instrumental in helping us understand all of the costs and situations to consider. Lane's experience in contract work was extremely helpful. Again, we retained Lane for his experience in this arena and he did not disappoint. He is a true professional in his craft and extremely attentive to the needs of his clients.

Worked with Lane on two recent real estate transactions. The first was the purchase of land where we are building our new home.
