Growing up, my mother would take us to open houses every Sunday. Still dressed in our Sunday best, we’d tour everything from cozy ranches to extravagant, luxury estates and everything in between. The thought of some lucky family one day turning those walls into a home, with all the joy and memories that entails, made my heart smile. Now that kid is all grown up and still smiling. As a an agent, I’m fortunate to experience that feeling every time I hand over the keys to a new homeowner.
