Kyle has made a stressful process effortless. It was great to have someone who got our jokes and references and made the process overall enjoyable. From answering our calls/ texts at odd hours of the day as they popped in my head to being a liason between brokers, even down to the small details of having our listings printed out in a nice book for us to reference as we walked through. Kyle remained professional throughout the entire process and made us feel like family. We are blessed the algorithm pushed us his way.

Kyle is amazing! I reached out to him months ago since we were moving from out of state and he was very responsive and communicative from beginning to end. Which is so key whenever you’re buying a home but especially when you’re not living in the area you’re moving to! We had a short time frame to find something and he was so patient and helped us find a home, and have an offer accepted quickly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and especially if you are coming to SC from out of state!
