Previously had inquired about other properties with no response or response was several days later and property just went under contract but Krystn contacted us almost immediately. We were able to set up date to see property with assurance it would not be sold out from under us since we lived out of state within the week and signed the contract that day ! She helped us negotiate a great price and we closed in a little more than a month. Krystn kept us abreast of all the proceedings and even sent pictures of some work done. We could not be happier with her great assistance.

Krystn Allen was upbeat and confident. We had a beautiful yet remote Arkansas rural property to sell and she did not hesitate to take initiative in photographing the property, promoting it online and in showing prospective buyers through multiple locked gates on dirt roads. The pictures that Krystn Allen had taken by a drone were so beautiful. She did such a great job on the listing, and had a qualified buyer within a month. She was very helpful and very professional. It was a very good sale for us.
