We had the unique experience of buying AND selling a home at the same time due to relocating for my husband's job. We got to experience 2 realtors at the same time, so I can definitely say Kris is a league above and goes above and beyond for his clients. From the get go, Kris was knowledgeable, answered all of our numerous questions, and did not give us the run around. He spent the entire day with us each time we went to look at houses and helped us to fine tune our wants and needs to best fit our family. I can truly say he had our best interests in mind, letting us know which neighborhoods were safer, which schools were better, pulling records and paperwork for different HOAs, made sure we understood different aspects of our loan/interest rates . He had constant and open communication and no matter what we asked, he either had an answer, or went and found one! He would even text us suggestions of things to do with our kids in the area, different places to check out, events happening, etc. Kris is the best realtor we have ever worked with, so if you are looking for a realtor who actually cares about you and your family, give Kris a call!

Kristopher send us requested listings 6 months before we met him. personally to look at homes . He was very thorough and send us listings based specifically on our specifications. He is a pleasure to work with . Highly recommend him , job well done !

Kristopher is a great person to work with he just takes over and does everything that needs to be done. All you have to do is sign the documents and collect if you selling. I would definitely recommend Kristopher to anyone
