Never thought I would have to sell a house. Kris made it easy. Selling a house is alot of work. Imagine one of those days where work is fun and the time flies by. That is what working with Kris was like. It was so easy and fun. Always available, answered question without making you feel silly and followed through every step of the way. If I ever sell a house again. I will proudly call on Kris. I call him the H.I.T. man. Honesty, Integrity & Trustworthy !!!!!

Kris is very knowledgeable and has a good eye when it comes to spotting potential issues when looking at houses. He's not some high pressure sales guy who just wants you to buy a house and move on, he cares and definitely wants you to find the right house for you. working with Kris makes the whole process much less stressful and at times even fun! My family has worked with Kris twice now and if we ever need to move again we'll call Kris. 10/10

Kris found us exactly what we were asking for and quickly. We only looked at 2 homes in less than 2 weeks of working with him. He didn't try to crank up our budget at all and actually respected our desire to buy less than what we could afford. He had some crazy life situations happen during the closing process but he still managed to get everything done and help guide us through the process as first-time home buyers. He's a great realtor and I would use him again.
