I work for a new construction builder in the Des Moines metro. Crossed paths with Kristina as her buyers were looking into a townhome in Altoona. We quickly had great conversation and she simply gave me the time of day. She made me feel heard and appreciated from day 1 all the way till closing on her buyers' home.
