Kristina helped me sell my house in IL and was amazing - the whole experience working with Kristina was top notch! I previously had my real estate license so I understand the profession and the process but Kristina got me up to date on changes that had transpired in recent years. From the beginning, she was exceptionally knowledgeable about the profession and just plain easy to talk to. I could tell she truly had a passion for what she did. Kristina is also incredibly trustworthy. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind and never pushy. She was extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails and went above and beyond to get the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Kristina Klein as your listing agent to sell your property. She is the utmost professional in everything she does - very easy to contact and she responds quickly. Out property had two very significant negatives that kept many prospective buyers away. However, never losing sight of our goal, Kristina persevered in showing it until a viable offer was made. Kristina Klein...hmm where do I begin... My wife Karen and I looked and found a house that we put money down on, we trashed the deal due to later feelings about the house..Kristina called and understood and got us back on path to a house that we declined earlier and wanted.. that deal went on for months due to the sellers had issues ,Kristina kept us in close contact for the whole time texting emailing and calling ,she went to war for us. 5 stars is belittling to her performance. stars cannot rate Kristina, Passion for her job does
