We really enjoyed working with Wilson Wood, he was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He not only helped us buy and sell at the same time but he helped us find contractors and even helped set up appointments for us. His guidance made a stressful situation so smooth and manageable. We had to bring our children to a lot of showings, he was so sweet to them and would include them in the showings. Even after closing he has checked in to make sure we are happy with our home. Were are so grateful for all of his hard work, professionalism, and genuine care. We would highly recommend Wilson and the Kristi Fox team.

Not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend using her services She just completed closing and made a bunch of money selling our house. I didn’t even receive a thank you. Self centered around her own interests. She kept saying things like she was protecting the seller (me) when she was only self absorbed in her own interests. Her communication style was not very professional by using ALL capital letters (yelling) at me and pretending she didn’t know what that meant. I had only asked a clarifying question and she repeatedly state she felt like she was repeating herself. I recommend finding another agent.

Look no further! Kristi and her team are the absolute best! I have worked with a dozen agents and none have come close to Kristi. She had my home under contract in less than ten days and walked me through everything to ensure nothing fell through. I ask a ton of questions and she always had an answer. She knows how to get a deal done, can stay ahead of issues, and is excellent in keeping clients informed. If you chose Kristi, it will be your best real estate experience! Kristi Fox Satsky was very helpful in working with us to sell our previous home even after we moved 3 states away.
